SEED LICENSE

  1. If a Dealer wants to carry on business of seed in one district, then should apply in prescribed format to the Deputy Director Agriculture of concerned district.
  2. To obtain license for proposed  business location in more than one district under one agricultural division , apply to concerned joint Director Agriculture.
  3. To obtain license for proposed business locations in more than one division apply to Joint Director Agriculture, Jaipur.

 

      ELIGIBILITY

         Any person who wants to do the business.

DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENT FOR SEED LICENSE

  1. Application forms “A” in two copies.
  2. Affidavit on 50 Rs stamp along with ID proof for responsibility of quality of seed.
  3. Map of Shop/ Godown.
  4. Ownership Proof or Rent Agreement along with electricity bill.
  5. Sources of seed for sale.
  6. If firm is producer, Certificate of registration on concerned state/agency.
  7. If Applicant is Company Memorandum of Association and articles of the Company.
  8. List of Dealer(only for  seed  producing  agencies/ companies).
  9. Authorization Certificate by the Company/Firm for responsible person.

      RENEWAL OF LICENSE

  1. Application form “C” for renewal in two copies.
  2. Affidavit on Rs 50 stamp along with ID proof  for responsibility of quality of seed.
  3. Map of Shop/ Godown.
  4. Ownership Proof or Rent Agreement along with electricity bill.

     AMENDEMENT  IN LICENSE

Amendment in license will be made on receipt of application together with a fee of Rs. 10 for every amendment such a change in shop, addition of godown, change in name and address, issue of duplicate license.
