ROC COMPLIANCE CALENDER FOR SEPTEMBER 2020

E form requires to be submitted to the ROC for FY 2019-20 is 

DPT-3(Return of deposit)- Annual Return to be filed by all companies other than Government company for the DEPOSITS and outstanding loan not treated as Deposits.

MSME- Half Yerly return to be filed by the Companies having an outstanding amount for more than 45 days of MSME suppliers.

PAS-6- To be filed by unlisted public Company regarding the reconciliation of Share Capital. 

DIR-3KYC- To be filed by the companies for the KYC of Directors for the FY 2019-20. DIR-3KYC for the First time KYC and Web form for the already existing DIN no.

BEN-2 - Information regarding the beneficial owner of the Companies.

The due date for all the above-mentioned  E forms is 30.09.2020, after that additional fee will be applicable accordingly.

FURTHER CFSS 2020 will also be ended on 30.09.2020, after that, all additional fees on non-compliance will be levied.
