1. Abstract

The Growth & Success Work Engine (GSWE) is a universal model of Intelligent and Wisdom Automation (IWA) invented by Prakash Chand Sharma. It provides a scientific and operational framework to achieve growth and success for anything — any person, organization, or civilization — through intelligence, wisdom, and automation.

This engine integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, and Management (STEM) with Voice, Internet, Professional, E‑commerce, and Digital (VIPED) capabilities, transforming work and productivity into a unified, intelligent network.

It operates as a global Work Technology and Civilization Engine, turning inputs of knowledge, skills, and energy into measurable growth, success, and sustainable outcomes through the Success‑PCS Equation and PURE Equation of AUC.
